This site allows small business owners to apply to the SBO U.S. Tax Assistance Program, a by-application-only service that connects qualifying applicants with a Benefit Specialist and, where appropriate, a licensed CPA to review potential tax incentives available under the Internal Revenue Code.

Eligibility

This site and program are intended for business owners located in the United States who are at least 18 years old. Eligibility for any specific tax incentive depends on your individual facts and circumstances and is not guaranteed.

Application process

Submitting the application form does not guarantee enrollment in the program. A Benefit Specialist will review your submission and contact you to determine whether the program may be a fit for your business.

No guarantee of qualification

We make no representation or guarantee that you will qualify for the program, for any specific tax incentive, or for any particular outcome. Qualification depends on a review of your specific facts by a licensed CPA.
